Once we receive your flowers—either dropped off in our studio or sent via courier—they will be pressed on the same day to ensure the best results. Fresh flowers yield the best outcomes, so it’s important to book your special date in advance. Each flower is meticulously arranged by hand, and it may take weeks for them to dry properly. We regularly check the drying process and will consult with you on the final arrangement before shipping your finished frame. Please allow 8-16 weeks for delivery, depending on current bookings and peak seasons.

Ideally, yes. For weddings, we recommend pre-booking your pressed flowers, which requires a deposit and full payment before delivery or pick-up. We understand that some situations, like memorial flowers, may not allow for advance booking, so please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

After you make a booking, we will provide all the necessary information for sending your flowers to us.

The cost of a custom frame depends on several factors, including the type of flowers, the number of flowers, and the time required for pressing and preserving them. Additionally, the choice of frame and its size will affect the price. For an accurate estimate, please contact us through our “Contact Us” page.

Pressed flowers are made from natural materials, and while they do fade over time, they can last for many years. The longevity depends on the type of flowers used and how you care for them. To prolong their beauty, keep frames out of direct sunlight, as sunlight can speed up fading. Although the flowers are pressed and preserved, some fading is natural and can add charm to the frame.

To maintain the beauty of your floral art frame:

  • Avoid direct sunlight: This will help prevent fading over time.
  • Cleaning: Use a soft microfiber cloth to clean. If necessary, use a warm, slightly soapy cloth to clean the external side only, then dry it.
  • Handle with care: Do not attempt to open the frame, as the flowers are delicate and the glass can be sharp.
